The Annals of the extremely diverse, artistic, literary, and musical lifestyle of a Charlotte Mason education-loving family. Our philosophy, even though our children are all grown now, is to allow for time and space in each day to be present for those memorable moments; the ones both on and off the calendar.

Looks like you've had a full summer so far. I love the pics of the owls, the book press, the shoes, everything. That is some pretty cool building material too. I hope the rest of you summer is just as fun!
Thank you, Carol!
It has been a full and fulfilling summer. The building materials hubby has been using for my presses (and for his intstrument building, as well) is donated/cavengered wood from cabinet and door shops. Some companies have donated loads of high quality wood to him and his school for high school woodshop projects. It's such a blessing.
Forgot to mention that the tube toys are hubby's...he keeps them at his school, but brought them home for our son and nephew to play with :-). Do we ever outgrow fort building?
