Two Things

1) It's hard to stay focused in the summer, so I have to work on bits and pieces in just one area before moving on to the next thing. Otherwise I'd be running back and forth all over the house being distracted by something else that needs to be picked up, thrown away, or moved to a different room!

2) Summer is going by toooooo quickly.

It may seem cliché, but there it is, anyway.

What things are you realizing this mid-summer day?

I am also realizing that "the days are long, but the years are short." Hard to believe it has been a year since I've seen you!

Come baaaaaack!

Hey there, gorgeous. Hope you and yours are doing wonderfully well.

Oh, boy, would I love that. It is in the plan for next summer, for Jordan's graduation trip. He doesn't like long car trips, but I tried to give him the "The joy is more in the journey than it is the destination" shpeel, but he isn't falling for it, yet ;-).

Did you hear that Hubby's car exploded on Jordan on his way home from church on Father's Day?

I'm about to send out my post on our crazy summer, with a few photos, just in case you missed it.

We feel so very thankful that he was not harmed.

Wait, I remember now that you saw the photos of the melted car on FB. :-)
